So today I decided that I was going to test out my food work on the roast I am making for dinner. Inspired by photography work of Smittenkitchen.com I thought I would give it a try, so here is dinner and some photos from the making of,I hope your not reading this at work and it is the end of the day because let me tell you the roast is juicy and falls apart if you touch it with a fork.
