100 Year Old Butter Tart

So yesterday I had the chance to help make and to shoot some amazing butter tarts. For the friends to the south of Canada butter Tarts are a pastry full of goodness, brown sugar and butter are the 2 main ingredients. There is nothing better than a house that smells of fresh baking and loud music to help keep the beat. Renée has some amazing talent and can’t wait to put together a full cookbook of all the kick ass recipes she has, passed on from different generations of her family, I am so lucky!
