Niagara Ice Dogs vs Brampton Battalion Win

After the entire month of February off from shooting hockey I got back in the area last night and man what a game! Brandon Taylor from Proam Images in Hamiton came down as a 2nd shooter for this great game. Going the first period and a half with no score. Midway through the 2nd Brampton tipped one in to take the 1-0 lead. Not long after Niagara answered with his 3rd goal of the year and a local St. Catharines boy Dougie Hamilton while on the power play, assisted by Dylan MacEachern and Ryan Strome. The 3rd was pretty quiet again with a hard hockey hitting game once again and stayed tied at 1-1 both goalies stood on their heads, the dogs had two huge ALMOST goals one off the inside of the post, and another one that was waived off due to a kick in goal by Dougie Hamilton once again. Through over time both goalies kept the puck out of the net and forced it this one to end in a shootout, Andrew Agozzino got the only goal of the shootout as Mark Visentin stopped all three shots Brampton hit him with.
